I understand that I am purchasing this boat, motor, and trailer in an 'AS IS' condition and that there are no warranties or guarantees, in any way attached to the sale.

This bid is good for 48 hours unless accepted by both seller and bidder. If this
offer is not accepted in 48 hours from this time and date submitted, then this offer
will become null and void. All sales must close within 7 days from accepted bid
or deposit will be forfeited. A deposit obtained before a bid is accepted does not constitute ownership of the unit.

Bidder will pay Taxes (6%), Title ($5.00), Registration, Transfer fee ($10.00), and
closing cost ($80.00 to 25ft., over 25ft. $120.00) above total bid price. (Also
start-up fees may be charged.) Storage after final sale is $25.00 a day without
other arrangements, all fees to be determined.
The fee for engine start-up is $125.00 per engine which the purchaser pays.
All loading fees are an additional charge to bidder (estimated - $7.00 per ft.).
All counter offers must be dated and initialed by seller to be final accepted bid.
We do not charge a buyer's premium fee unless otherwise stated.
It is recommended that any unit purchased, be checked by a marine repair facility
before normal use.
